Your market badge and further materials will be available to pick up at our Guest Desk at Circolo dei Lettori (Via Giambattista Bogino 9, Torino), on the 1st Floor, from Wednesday November 22nd 2023 until Wednesday November 29th 2023. Opening times are from 09:30 AM to 06:00 PM each day.

How do I get access to specific events during TSFM vol. 8?

– Access to Pitches, Panels, Masterclass sessions
    • at Circolo dei Lettori (Via Giambattista Bogino 9, Torino) is regulated depending on the status of your badge.

    • Decision Makers badge holders (marked with a yellow dot) have priority access to these sessions, starting from ten minutes to five minutes before the start of each specific event.

    • General admission for Accredited Professionals begins five minutes before the start of each specific event.

    • The room has a maximum seating capacity of 99 chairs.

– Access to One-on-One Meeting sessions with the pitchers
    • at Circolo dei Lettori (Via Giambattista Bogino 9, Torino) is regulated depending on the status of your accreditation.

    • Only Decision Maker badge holders (marked with a yellow dot) will have the possibility to attend the meetings and have been informed by email.

– Access to Market Screenings and XR Theatre
    • at Circolo dei Lettori (Via Giambattista Bogino 9, Torino) is open to all badge holders. Please check here for the Market Screenings schedule and description.

    • The room has a maximum seating capacity of 30 chairs.

– Access to Networking Cocktails
    • at Circolo dei Lettori (Via Giambattista Bogino 9, Torino) is open to all accredited badge holders.

– Access to Public Screening (T-Port Lighthouse Selections)
    • at Cinema Romano (Galleria Subalpina, P.za Castello, 9, Torino) is regulated by Torino Film Festivals tickets.

    • Tickets can be purchased at Torino Film Festivals booths or online.

– Access to Closing Party
    • at Imbarchino (Viale Umberto Cagni 37, Torino) is open to all accredited badge holders.

– Meetings with other badge holders

– If you are a pitcher
    • present yourself 20 minutes in advance before the start of your pitch at the entrance of the Sala Grande at Circolo dei Lettori (Via Giambattista Bogino 9, Torino) in order to meet with the other pitchers and the host. Please remember to attend your One-on-One Meetings session in the afternoon.

– If you are a panelist or speaker
    • present yourself 20 minutes in advance before the start of your panel at the entrance of the Sala Grande at Circolo dei Lettori (Via Giambattista Bogino 9, Torino) in order to meet with the other panelists and the host.
